Registration
Please use our online application form to apply for a place for your child, alternatively you can download the form below and return it to us.
Our Playgroup Information Sheet contains our terms and conditions.
We will send you a Child Registration Form to complete online when you accept a place for your child. We ask that this is done before your visit date.
New or Change of Sessions
If your child already attends Playgroup but wants to add or change sessions please use this form to let us know. We will let you know whether we can offer the place and, if so, from when.
Giving Notice
We require 4 weeks’ term time written notice of your child wishing to stop one or more sessions, including when they leave for school or nursery. Please use this form to give us written notice or use the contact form here.
Suggestions & Feedback
We welcome your suggestions or comments on how we are doing and how we can make things better. Please either email to our Pre-school Business Manager or put in the payments/suggestions box in the cloak area at Playgroup.
After each parents’ evening we will contact you to give us your input on the session anonymously . You may also use this questionnaire at any other time if you would like to give us feedback.
Payment By Direct Debit
If you wish to pay fees/instalments by BACs our bank details are on the attached form. Please note that generally we send out invoices via our Quickbooks system, which allows you to pay by credit or debit card online.
We accept payments of fees by childcare vouchers and the attached poster shows the voucher providers with whom we are currently registered, and the reference details you may need to sign up. If your chosen voucher provider is not shown please speak to us as we can usually sign up to new providers.
